We just had a complete Bosch heat pump system put in by Cencal. This company has been doing our inspections and tuneups for several years on our 27-year-old unit. We decided to go with Cencal for this project because of our previous experience with them. We were scheduled within a week and the installation was very professional. When it came time to replace my HVAC system I shopped around and gave the job to the folks at Cencal. Not ever having dealt with the company in the past I was a bit reluctant to pull the trigger. Well, it’s been a few years now since they did a full cut in; new package unit, ducts, registers, the works. And still to this day these guys have stayed true to their word by owning the job and all that came with it. I’ve had to call on them for some issues which have all been manufacturer issues. Nonetheless, these guys were prompt even when the heat brought most of us to our knees! Punctual, friendly, professional, and competitive are just a few words I’d use to describe the team.
